Novotel Edinburgh Centre

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right next to the castle and within walking distance to the old center of town. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and well-equipped. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast had a wide variety of tasty options. The view from the restaurant on the first evening was breathtaking. I also enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub.

I was disappointed that the gym and other facilities were closed during my stay.

The location of this hotel was perfect, just a short walk to all the main attractions in the city. the room was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed during our stay.

On the downside, the breakfast we ordered to our room was disappointing. There was no coffee or juice included, and the food itself was not very appetizing.

Lovely surprise package organised for my partner's birthday. They even provided a complimentary bottle of Prosecco! The room was clean and spacious. The hotel's location was also convenient to explore the city.

We had a great time staying here! The hotel is close enough to the main sights, yet still feels like a calm escape from the touristy crowds. The restaurant was a real highlight, we ate there twice and both times the food was delicious. The staff were always friendly and accommodating, from the housemaids to the manager who even came out to greet us.

The bathroom setup was a bit unusual, with separate shower and toilet rooms and a sink in the middle of the room. the lack of privacy and soundproofing in the bathroom area was a major drawback.
